Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
Your blood results show an increase in the total WBC count with increase in Neutrophil count and immature cells. The commonest cause of this is a bacterial infection. If there is no infection, it may mean a blood disorder and you require further investigation
The platelets are larger than usual but the platelets count is normal. This may mean a fast turn over of platelets and has no significance unless you have a condition destroying the platelets.
Take care,

Unlikely except with super added bacterial infection

Welcome back.
Sorry for the delay in replying as we live in different time zones.
Your wbc count is higher than what is normally expected in Lyme disease. It can occur if you have a bacterial infection super added on Lyme disease.
