Question : My AST was 21 and my ALT was 19. Should I be concerned? I read that AST shouldn't be higher than ALT.
I feel fine but decided to get my bloodwork done. I do like my wine at night and do take lexapro -10 mg.

I just meant to point out a caution to you that wine is Ok in quantity that does not hurt you in any way

On a personal front I would prefer you avoid alcohol, but patients argue irrationally so self assessment is the best guideline for any patient
