Brief Answer:
No need to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. When one gets a deranged or abnormal CTG, the next line of management is to repeat the CTG after proper meal. If the repeat CTG is normal, then there is no reason to worry.
However, I would like to have the information that whether your wife has any medical complication or obstetric complication, if not, then why was she advised to have CTG at 30 weeks of pregnancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back to me with the information, if feasible.
Wishing you both good health.
Regards,
Dr Deepti Verma
