Brief Answer:
It may be due to many reasons.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XX XXXXXXX

Cavitatory lesion in lungs may be due to many reasons like infection, inflammation, malignancy, vasculitis, congenitally present etc.
In XXXXXXX it is most commonly due to tuberculosis.

Since you don't have history of tuberculosis, other causes should be ruled out.
You need further investigation for its confirmation.
CT Scan of thorax should be done after proper clinical examination.
CT Scan will exactly assess nature of lesion and other associated abnormalities.
Routine investigations like hemogram should be done.

Proper treatment depend upon findings.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.

Take Care
