Question : Hi, past few months stool has changed to thinner than normal. Go every morning. When I get up in the morning it's like gravity where if I don't make it to the bathroom I would have an accident. Then no other issues until the same scenario the next day. I did have a colonoscopy where I was told no issues found but dr could not complete as he said colon was twisted and to come back in 1 year. Also when I sit in a specific position on a stool or seat there is discomfort but when touched there is no pain

Brief Answer:
HAs your diet changed?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed this information fully and because you had a colonoscopy less than a year, there is no major reason to be worried. I thing the issue might be related to dietary changes which require you being used to the new “normal routine” and not feel embarrassed. I will not be alarmed and suggest you wait quietly up to the next program colonoscopy for complete review of the bowels. Thin stool is often related to a problem in the terminal part of the colon which is certainly n0t where doctors have issues with twisting. I believe this area was well examined and I do not anticipate any specific lesion that was missed.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Brief Answer:
Use more comfortable surfaces!

Detailed Answer:
HI,

When weight is not well distributed in a seated position, we will feel pains at a particular area with increased weight bearing. It in no way means that there is a lesion at that area. I will suggest that you try using more comfortable surfaces when you sit.

Keep me posted! I wish you well.
