Question : My husband had the coronary calcium test done and his score came back at 96% and a score of 126 just with the left descending and all the others were 0. Can u explain what this means?

Hello

Calcium score 126 may suggest mild coronary artery disease may be due to moderate atherosclerotic plaque.It may result in significant narrowing of vessel.
As calcium score is moderate in one of the major coronary vessel,so I suggest to go for for further evaluation like conventional angiography.It can assess exact narrowing of left descending coronary artery.
