Brief Answer:
Condensing osteitis, benign cementoblastoma, osteosclerosis

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query and the images of the radiograph you have attached.
The dense radiopaque mass near the root apex of the mesial root tip looks like condensing osteitis. It is nothing but a infection of the bone secondary to a low grade tooth infection.
The crown portion of the tooth has not come in the radiograph. If there is any decay in the tooth, the above said diagnosis can be considered. Nothing to be panic, consult a good endodontist and get it root canal treated.
The other possible differential diagnosis can be, a idiopathic osteosclerosis and benign cementoblastoma. Both the conditions are benign and harmless. Unless it becomes symptomatic, nothing to worry, if it causes any pain in the tooth then the tooth has to be root canal treated.
Kindly correlate the radiographic findings with the clinical features.
I hope i have answered your question. If any queries are there, reply me back.

Brief Answer:
antibiotics, analgesic, saline gargling

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback. It can result in jaw pain and tooth pain, when your immunity goes down or the virulence of the microorganisms increases. Till you consult the endodontist you can take a course of antibiotics like amoxicillin and pain killers like diclofenac(if you are not allergic). Do saline gargling.
I hope i have answered your question. If any queries are there reply me back.
