Brief Answer:
No risk

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

I have gone through the report you have attached.

The report concludes saying there is no risk of DOWN'S syndrome in your baby.

The test takes in many parameters into consideration, calculate relative risk and averages the risk of all. The total risk is the conclusion.

Need not worry, Wish you healthy and happy pregnancy.

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.

Brief Answer:
Below is the explanation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing back.

Double test is above cut off because both free beta HCG and PAPP-A are out of range on the higher side.

Calculated Trisomy 21+NT risk will be way lesser than risk of Trisome13/18+NT which is below cut off. Hence, Trisomy 21+NT will be below cut off too.

In detail.

Considering your gestation age, normal NT will be below 2mm with MOM of 2.67 for Trisomy 21.

The NT in your scan is less 1.3mm which equates to MOM (Measure of median) of 0.95.

The NT is considered most reliable reading compared to the biochemical markers as most of the gestation age would be approximated number. The biochemical markers for gestation age is a less specific markers relatively.

Though the double test is above cut off, with NT much below normal MOM negativates the risk and brings Trisomy 21+NT below cutoff.

Hope, I answered your query.
