Can you please check 2D echo report of my father?

He had bypass surgery one year 4 months.

Have an exercise ECG done annually … TMT – Treadmill Exercise ECG – (preferably with thallium isotope), is the ideal non-invasive way to evaluate the status (ischemia) – to assess the PHYSIOLOGY (function) – to see whether the blood arriving at the heart muscle.
