Question: I HAVE DONE ENDSOCOPY REPORT I HAVE ATTACHED IN THAT MY CITY GASTRO TOLD ME THAT I MAY HAVE HERNIA MY QUESTION ARE AS BELOW
1-WHAT U THINK BY SEEING MY ENODSCOPY DO I HAVE HERNIA
YES OR NO
2-IF YES THEN WHAT TEST CAN BE DONE TO DIAGNOIS IT
3- CAN THE TEST CAN BE DONE BY MYSELF OR I NEED MY CITY DOCTOR PRESCIPTION FOR DOING TEST
4- IF I CAN DO MY SELF THEN HOW CAN I DO IT
5-OR U CAN GIVE ME PRISCIPTION FOR DOING THE TEST
6- WHAT IF HERNIA IS DIAGNOIS WHETHER I HAVE TO SURGERY
7-OR WHAT IF I DONT DO SURGERY WHAT WILL BE THE EFFECT IS IT DANGEROUS FOR MY LIFE
8- WHAT ARE OTHER TREATMENT FOR HERNIA
9-WHAT ARE SYMSTOM FOR HERNIA AS NOW I FILL FLAUTANCE,NAUSEA AND VOMITING PL PROVIDE EXPLAIN ME IN DETAILS

1-ok then also if i want to do hernia test for my satisfication which test i can do which cover all hernia form XXXXXXX hernia to umbalical hernia .

2- the test i can do it my self without city doctor preciption

3- if no then u can give me preciption to do test and it will valid my YYYY@YYYY .

4- if i can do it myself then how can i do it

Other test for diagnosis of hiatus hernia is barium swallow

Welcome back

There is no test available for hiatus hernia which can be done by the person himself

Another test apart from endoscopy for diagnosis of hiatus hernia is barium swallow, for which you have to visit any radiological diagnostic centre and ask them for this test, which will be performed and reported by a doctor.

And the test for diagnosis of hernia which cover all hernia from hiatus to umblical hernia is CT Scan abdomen with oral contrast. This also you can get by asking any diagnostic centre to do it for you

ok thanks but why if endoscopy is normal and no hernia as per u say then why feel below systoms everday
1-nausea,vomitng,bloating,flatuance acidity , heaveness in stomcah

2- dont feel hungry if i eat my stomach get full in small meal

3- i dont get thirsty if i drink water i get full stomach feeling in 1 glass water

4- this has started when i drank alchohal after that i started this type of problem

5- also feel nausea before and after eating that now i will vomit but sometimes just i feel and somtimes i really vomit also with vomit someetime headache also come

6-heartburn and sometime burning in stomach left side and somtime food come out in my thorat while in sleep

7-also white cough is coming regularly from my thorat

8-my doctor who has done endoscopy has given me rekool tab but no relief

9- in short i dont feel normal i have sick type feeling everday

10- pl provide peremanent solution for this pl suggest me medicine will this medicine will be available in XXXXXXX maharsshtra and will it available without doctor presciption or u can provide me persciption or i have to take presciption from my local city doctor

11-pl help i am tired of taking medicine and diagnosis but no relief at all

this all is due to reflux and dyspepsia

Welcome back. Sorry for delay

I can understand your concerns

It appears that you are having reflux disease with dyspepsia.

Hertburns and nausea and vomiting too are due to reflux

And fullness after taking meals is dilue to dyspepsia which is due to dysmotility

If you had been my patient then I would have prescribed you following medicines. All these medicines are available over the counter and most likely will be available at your location also.

1. Take table ILADAC-L tablet before breakfast . It is the most efficacious proton pump inhibitor available. L is levosulpiride which is prokinetic agent and will improve your dysmotility
2. Take tab TOPCUD 40mg od after dinner
3. Cap simethicone ( medigas) to be taken thrice a day after meals

Some life style modifications
1. Avoid spicy fatty and citrus meals
2. Dont lie down and take water with meals at least for 2 hrs
