Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
No endoscopic abnormality to explain patients dysphagia- THERE WAS NIL abnormality seen on the scope done to explain the problems swallowing that you are having.
The esophagus would have likely appeared normal
Biopsied- a small sample of the area was taken
Non- bleeding erosive gastropathy- AN AREA of the stomach with an erosion (some of the surface was off) , was not bleeding when seen. This area was also biopsied.
Erosions can occur in persons with a history of reflux or gastritis.
Erythematous mucusa in gastric body- RED area in the lining of the body of the stomach, also biopsied.
Since you have reflux, this can be associated with increased redness in the stomach.
Normal duodenum- this is the early part of the small intestine that leads from the stomach. It is normal.
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
