Question : Hi, I took Tab Siphene from Day 3 for 5 days and on 9th day, I have 1 follicle of 15mm in my right ovary and in left ovary various follicles (3 to 7mm), is it fine or no chances?

So as I am getting follicular monitoring done, I have to go today as well, you meant we should have regular relation once the follicle grows to 18 to 20 mm irrespective that it is getting ruptured or not? Also this relation should be made till which days?

After 18-20 mm the follicle will rupture in next 2-3 days on its own. In case your infertility specialist has asked for any specific injections to make the follicle rupture then you can wait for it. Otherwise you can have sex daily for next 3 -4 days.
