Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. There are only two abnormalities I have noted and they are:
- Elevated serum uric acid: A change in diet and lifestyle can help
- Tiny calcific foci in the chest x-ray: As you are from XXXXXXX (country where tuberculosis is commonly seen, and latent in many individuals), the tiny calcific foci could have been due to tuberculosis. But as it is now calcified, it is not active tuberculosis.
Thus, in conclusion you can get a clean XXXXXXX of health and most probably might be recommended for a tuberculosis test, which will most probably return a negative result and you should be fine to travel to Kuwait sir.
I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.
Best wishes.

Whether the urine report is normal or any infection is there?
XXXX
Tests are to prove to the official for visa
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.
The urine report is normal and has nothing to be concerned about.
As for the tuberculosis, it is not active and so all tests will report negative. These tests may be presented to the official at the Kuwait Embassy to prove to him/her that you are free of tuberculosis. You can get either of the following or both:
-Mantoux test (tuberculin test)
-Sputum sample
I hope this information helps. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.
Best wishes.
