Brief Answer:
Test report

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question on HCM

I do understand your concern

“As” per your test report the cause will be [lymphatic filariasis]a parasitic infection. So a clinical examination is required to confirm it. And if confirmed treatment will be [Diethylcarbamazine (DEC)] and for it you have to take a full course of this drug for 21 days.

Hope that helps
