                                            Question : Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I have recently undertaken a Wellness C Health Check up program from Thyrocare an got myself tested on 79 parameters. Would request you to please study the report and help with your suggestions on what I should do and where I need to take precaution. In the entire report, I have got one alert - ALERT !!! Hypochromia. What does it mean?

Thanks for posting your query in HealthcareMagic,
I have gone through your query but unfortunately I am not able to see any attached reports. Kindly upload your reports using the upload link on the right upper side or use may also chose to send your reports to YYYY@YYYY with attn: Dr. Remy.
hhypochromia generally indicates anemia, that is pale red blood cells. Further comments can only be made once I am able to view the reports.
Kindly revert back with your reports.

                                    Brief Answer:
shows mild variation sin MCH and MCHC
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Thanks for writing back,
I have received the reports and I have gone through them carefully,
All your reports seem to be absolutely fine apart from minor variation sin MCH and MCHC. These both are indices of hemoglobin concentration in your blood.
I would not be concerned of this now. But I would suggest you to consume more iron rich foods like green leafy vegetables, red meat, citrus foods, dry fruits, dates, pomegranate. Also you may consider taking any iron supplements available over the counter.
Hope this helps.
Please feel free to discuss further
Regards
