Brief Answer:
The kidney and liver functions are normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

Hypogammaglobulinemia is a condition wherein the gamma globulins are low in blood.
The condition is managed by infusion of gamma globulins in blood.
The role of gamma globulins in body is to fight infections.
The report posted by you is that of kidney function tests and liver function tests.
The blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine assess the kidney functions.
The two parameters - BUN and creatinine are within normal range.
Thus, the kidney is functioning well.
The liver function tests includes total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, SGOT, SGPT and alkaline phosphatase.
All these parameters are well within limits.
Thus, the liver is also functioning well.
There is nothing to worry.

Thanks and take care
