Answer given below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Sorry for the delay (because of internet connectivity issues).

I went through your records.
You have the following issues -
1. Diabetes
2. Acidity/dyspepsia
3. Chronic diarrhea.

For relief from acidity/dyspepsia related issues, the following should be done -
1. C.Sompraz -L 1-0-0 before food for 4 weeks
2. Keeping blood glucose under control

The chronic diarrhea could be due to any of the following reasons -
1. Irritable bowel syndrome
2. Celiac disease
3. Metformin related.

Get the following tests done-
1. Stool analysis
2. Tests for celiac disease
3. Thyroid function test

Take C.VSL #3 1-0-0
and
T.Rifagut 400 mg 1-1-1 for 4 weeks

Discuss with your doctor about changig metformin ( present in Cyblex m40).

Regards,
Dr.R.K.
