Question : Sir
Today my 15th day of cycle. .
I had taken gonal f injection on 3rd 5th & 7th day...
Medicines ovashield lynoral and metaformin tabs..
Yesterday my report is 6 eggs 18 mm each 3 each in both ovaries. ..
Endometrial thickness of 10
IUI done today..
HCG raken yesterday. .
Sperm analysis
Volnme 4 ml
Mortality 63.9%
Concenteation 145.4 per million

My question s are
1. How is my report
2. What are d chances
3.how is d report of my husband

So two IUI in 2 consecutive days..
1.why 2 IUI done in one cycle?
2. My recent report attached. Please go through it n analyse.
3. By doing Iui in 2 days together, will the sperms be good enough on day 2?

2. Semen analysis today is good enough?
3. Why medicines for this month. No injections. ..are these medicines safe
4.i vomit twice while returning. Does it hv sny adverse impact?

1. Today's ultrasound scan report seems to show ovulation.

2. Today's semen analysis report is normal.

3. Sustained release progesterone medicines are good enough. Injections are not required.

4. Vomiting won't harm your success chances. Don't worry about it.

If period comes other mrdicines like ovashield ycyst n progynova
Why not injections preferred for next cycle if there is no pregnancy this time

Hi

Injections are given only when there is no satisfactory follicular growth.

In your case follicular growth is good. Then no use of injections. Progynova increases endometrial thickness. Hence good.
