The attached form states chlamydia. The result is negative which means that chlamydia was not detected by the test.
The test is used to find out if a person has chlamydia.

Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted infection, it is one of the more common sexually transmitted infection.

It can occur on its own or along with gonorrhea which is another possible sexually transmitted infection.

Symptoms of chlamydia infection that may or may not occur are: pain on urination, burning, discharge
