Hi,
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having sinus issues.
Answers and solutions for your issues (as per your CT report).
1. Mucosal polyp of lateral wall of left maxillary sinus-
It occurs due to allergy or infection and causes obstruction of normal sinus drainage and blockage of sinus opening leading to chronic sinusitis. it requires sinus opening and polyp removal by endoscopic surgery.
2. Normally, uncinate process are laterally displaced. Medially displaced uncinate process causes obstruction of airway. They require surgical correction.
