Question : hello Doctor,

I'm attaching the endoscopy result of my brother who is 36 yrs old. He had persistent gastritis issue and that resulted in this test.

Could you have a look and advise on next steps?

He need to be treated with H pylori kit

Hi,
He is having hiates hernia with duodenal ulcers .
For this if he is a smoker ask him to stop smoking,as well as alcohol.
Avoid spicy and oily food.
avoid stress and should have proper sleep.
With all the above measures tab pantocid-HP kit for 14 days after that 4 weeks of plain tab pantocid 40 mg once a day before break fast.
This treatment should help your brother
