Take fol123 daily as advised as it is an important prenatal vitamin and helps in proper development of the baby.
Sexual activity in mid cycle is the best time to have a baby so in case she has regular cycles then indulge in sexual activity on alternate days from day 10 - day 18 of her cycle.
Visit your gynecologist as soon as she conceives so that her pregnancy is nicely monitored.
