Brief Answer:
There is no major finding on 2D ECHO report.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, welcome to healthcaremagic. I really appreciate your concern. I am Dr. Manan Patel answering your query.

There is no major alarming findings on 2D ECHO report of your mother-in-law. There are minor abnormalities due to age related changes in the heart which are not significant. Her heart is functioning and pumping well. You have not mentioned about Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction (LVEF%) in the report.

She is already being treated for high blood pressure by two different class of drugs. I advise you to monitor her BP if possible twice daily to check whether the prescribed doses of medicines are effectively reducing her high blood pressure or not. Avoid high salt intake. It should be less than 5 grams per day.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help. Thank you.
