Brief Answer:
Tanning marks and numbers are technical things related to histopathology.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Tanning marks and numbers are related to gross appearance of histopathological specimens.
Tanning is due to staining of biopsy material which is routinely done during slide preparation.Staining with chemical fixes biopsy material to slide so that it can be visualized under microscope.
Numbers are related to position of biopsy material in slides. It is normal.Slides are studied with biopsy material at different positions.
These are technical things related to histopathology.

Our concern is main finding which shows mild non specific colitis(inflammation of intestine).
You may need treatment for it.It may be due to many simple reasons like mild infection etc.
Findings are not serious. There are no signs of malignancy.
