Question : Hi received my blood work my dr isn't concerned said everything looks well just have low vitamin d however it also stats my leukocyte esterase as a trace .... Urine wbc's is 2-5 epithelial cells 2-5 urine bacteria many ... Creatinine 1.19 and sodium 145 what does this mean ? Should I be concerned about my kidney functions ?

Hello there

The labs preliminarily indicate that you have a mild urinary tract infection..

Kidney functions are as of now OK..Any complaints like burning micturition or change in urine characteristics like consistency,odour or color ?

Leukocyte esterase are non specific.Encourage low to moderate fat dairy products in your diet..
