Diffuse increased lung markings refer to increased bronchovascular markings.Prominent bronchovascular markings may be due to many reasons like age related,infection/inflammation etc.
This is generally a benign finding.
Patient may need clinical correlation and routine blood investigations like routine hemogram etc.
It is important to know clinical findings and symptoms.
Generally these findings are not serious and it may reverse with treatment of underlying cause.
