Question: Sir I was diagnosed with a cardiologist as test negative for exercise inducible ischemia

But my doctor in my home town MD DNB said after seeing TMT test report it should be positive and better to get a opinion from cardiologist in home town pls clarify

I have gone through your query as well as the attached report. ST depression on ECG is what we look for in a TMT and a depression of 1.7 mm may be considered significant. Hence the report can indeed be positive. But it cannot be commented upon without thoroughly and carefully going through the entire series of ECG and it is only after evaluating the changes with passage of time that the final comment can be made.
I affirm that you should indeed get the full report evaluated by a cardiologist who could also correlate with your symptoms and give you the right suggestion in this regard.
