Question: hello dr i have a problem after several years and many doctors the conclusion is no visualize gallblader ct scan, mri, eus endoscopy didnt see any trace but my syntoms still and getting worse please tell me what else i can do to find my problem

Good morning Dr XXXXXXX my symtomd are :
fever
Pain and in lower righ side of my stomach after eat worsen with fatty foods
dizzines like are going to faint
i lose weight
lots a gas
shortnes of breath
constipation
vomitin bile
the last blood work shows biliirrubin 1.3
when i was 20 years old a was diagnosed wih slagish gallblader but the pain went away for many years later

Welcome back. Thanks for detailed symptoms. There are few things which I can conclude from the description. One is acid peptic disease, excessive gas production, constipation and some anxiety also if I am not wrong. For this I will suggest you to take few medicines and some lifestyle modifications.
Avoid citrus fruits, fatty and spicy meals.
Avoid pulses, rice and dish made from maida.
Do regular exercise just a brisk walk for 30min per day
Avoid smoke or drink if you do
Dont drink water ar least for 2 hrs after meals.
Among medicines I will suggest you to take a proton pump inhibitor like omeprazole (losec 20 mg ) od before breakfast along with a prokinetic agent like domperidone 30mg od
Cap simethicone to be taken thrice a day after meals
A probiotic daily. All these medicines are OTC. One more tablet containing clidinium bromide and chlordiazepoxide to be take twice a day half hr before meals. For this medicine you will have to get prescription from your doctor. I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. Wish you a good health

DR, last endoscopy didnt show any problem in my stomach only h pylory positive at same time my colonoscopy was normal ,but in one ultrasound shows fatty liver,the GI gave me h pylori medication for 10 days,after 2 months a went for another test and was positive again he put me in treatment for 15 days with diferent antibiotics ,my question is why they cant locate the gallblader ,is posible the gallblader could be infected and inflamated ,i was reading part of the ct nuclear scan that i had say remote possibility of cistyc duct obstruction i ask to my GI but he told me this no posible because you dont have gallblader ,this doesnt make sense i never had any surgery and plus was diagnosed of slugish gallblader in the past.

endoscopy can be normal in acid peptic disease

Welcome back. Acid peptic disease can be there even if endoscopy is normal. Non visualisation of galbladder at the time of scan may be due to obstruction of cystic duct. You may get repeat ultrasound for gallblader.
