Brief Answer:
Pregnancy test not positive
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
Pregnancy test is not positive however this particular test cannot be interpreted with a single reading, it has to be re done after a week, if there is an increase in level then pregnancy is considered positive.
The symptoms you are describing could be a urinary tract infection and pus cells are positive in urine.
I recommend you to do the following
1. Send urine for culture
2. Get an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis done to look for cause for pain in the pelvis
3. In view of positive symptoms I recommend starting an antibiotic. I usually start Tab Ciproflox twice a day for 5 days
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
Regards
