please tell me what is the solution for this problem.I have attached my test report.will the 5mm kidney stone pass naturally?please send me answer

stone is very small in size and most likely pass on it's own.
You should take plenty of water regularly.
Get some investigations like blood urea, creatinine, uric acid, urine examination.
