Brief Answer:
Mild elevated liver function and elevated uric acid levels

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You mother recently had blood work and in that blood work your mother's liver enzymes are mildly elevated. This could be caused by being overweight, too much alcohol or medications like tylenol. These levels are not at all at any dangerous levels and if she reduces her weight, reduces fats in her diet, avoids alcohol and tylenol her liver enzymes will return to normal.

The uric acid levels are high and she may be at risk for having gout. To help lower uric acid levels she needs to eat less red meat, less shrimp and other seafood similar to shrimp and reduce alcohol. If she does get gout she may need to be on medication, allopurinol to help reduce the blood levels of uric acid.

In summary
1. Liver enzymes mildly elevated
2. Stop Alcohol and tylenol
3. reduce weight and reduce fatty diet
4. Elevated Uric acid risk for gout
5. Reduce alcohol and shrimp and red meats
6. May need medication allopurinol to reduce uric acid levels
