Hypoechoic sol measures 2.4 x 2.1 cm seen in fundal region.another tiny sol measuring 7x8 mm seen in the anterior uterine wall. I am 33. Got a 6 yrs boy and planning fr the next kid.really worried alot

There is nothing to worry as size is very small and will not affect pregnancy most likely.
Just relax and try the natural way with regular alternate day intercourse in mid cycle i.e. from day 10-18 of each periodic cycle.
And in general repeat ultrasound every 6-9 months in case you don't want pregnancy too soon.

No dear it is cancerous in less than 0.1% of cases.
Repeat scan is just to assess the rate of growth of fibroid and nothing else.
So for now just relax and plan your family.
