Brief Answer:
Please attach biopsy report.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
TB and Sarcoidosis have similar presentations and they need to be differentiated based on clinical symptoms and investigations.
If your doctor has confirmed that it's Sarcoidosis then why you have been still on TB medications?
Treatment course of both diseases is totally different and needs to be justified.
I need to see your Chest X-ray, Serum ACE levels , Monteux test, CT chest and Skin biopsy report for further comments.
Revert with the asked details for a better help.

Brief Answer:
You would respond to steroids.

Detailed Answer:
Hi your reports are more in favor of Sarcoidosis. However your FNAC report has created as doubt that it can also be Tuberculosis and that's why your doctor has continued your tuberculosis drugs.
I would say here that you should go for TB gamma interferon assay and if that is positive you should go ahead with Anti Tubercular drugs along with steroids.
I would Also recommend a slit lamp examination to rule out any evidence of Uveitis.
If there is uveitis and TB gamma interferon assay is negative then this represents Sarcoidosis only.
I would Also recommend a biopsy of your skin lesions and you should send the sample to two different laboratories.
I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
