Brief Answer:
All reports are good. You should start daily 30-40 mins of aerobic exercis

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
I am Dr. Mody and I would be addressing your concern.
I went through all your reports and I would like to say that all is within normal .
Your hemoglobin, liver , kidney , cholesterol lipids , sugar are normal .
Now coming to the TMT .
It's normal too , no evidence of inducible Ischemia means , that even when your heart was subjected to strain ( here by physical stress) , it was able to compensate well and there were no changes in the ecg and other parameters.
Only one thing I would like you to note is .
Though your heart is healthy it's not well trained , People of your age would reach maximum heart rate after 9 mins which you reached by 6 mins , so it suggest that you are not trained to perform any form of exercise.
So start with regular exercise and you should be fine .
Let me know if any clarification needed and I would be happy to help.

Thanks for your advise.

However, please note, i have been diagnoised as Diabetic and BP and i am taking Homeopathy Medicine since last 10 years.

Recently, I had applied for Term Insurance Policy and Insurance Company rejected my application based on this medical report and they have asked me to pay additional Rs.12,000/- pa as additional premimum for giving the Term Insurance Policy.

Since, you are saying, everything is normal, on what grounds, Insurance company has rejected and if policy is to be issued, i have to pay an additional premium of Rs.12,000/-.

Kindly advise.

Brief Answer:
In term insurance they calculate future risk and not just present status .

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir , As I said all your reports are normal . Even if you are diabetic and hypertensive, the fasting sugar are normal ( though best test to know control would be HbA1c) which measures 3 months average of sugar and your resting and even peak blood producing exercise is normal .
My only explanation about term insurance?
- As I said that the stress test proves that there is no present problem with your heart , but your effort tolerance is moderate , it means your heart is not trained to exercise , so your future risk for heart event is NOT nil , now in term insurance they calculate the future risk , which for you may be higher than a normal person of 46 years considering your history of hypertension, diabetes and the stress test report , hence the higher premium for insurance. However you may ask for clarification from the company .
Hoping I could clear your doubts .
Do rate for others reference.
