Brief Answer:
Hello dear. You do not have pancreatic cancer by this report.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. First of all do not get worried.
Rest assured, you do not have pancreatic cancer.
CA 19.9 can get elevated in pancreatic cancer but the reverse is not true as this test has poor sensitivity and moreover it can get elevated in a variety of other benign conditions like liver steatosis, hepatitis, cirrhosis, obstruction in the bile ducts or other inflammatory conditions of abdomen.
Carcinoma pancreas will present like pain abdomen, jaundice and weight loss, anorexia etc.
Just an isolated elevation of ca 19.9 does not mean anything.
Please feel free to ask further.
Thanks and regards

The repirt is of my wife. She is 35 years. She is not losing weight but do get stomach upset few times. The health checkup report had only this marking as high. So we tested this particular one 2 more times. Last two times the reading was in 70's. She also having a bit bloted stomach.

Is there any other test you would recommend to reach a conclusion and correct issue so that it can be fixed?

Brief Answer:
Hello dear. She requires an ultrasonography.

Detailed Answer:
If this report belongs to a female, then she requires an ultrasonography of the abdomen.
As she has bloating of abdomen and discomfort, she might have some ovarian pathology or uterus pathology which can also cause elevation in ca 19.9. Ultrasonography of abdomen can help to rule out those conditions.
Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
Hello again. It depends on the final diagnosis

Detailed Answer:
Please do not worry. Nature of the illness depends upon the final diagnosis which is revealed by biopsy. Still i will say, she may not have nothing and a mildly elevated ca 19.9 can occur in otherwise benign conditions.
So get her investigated and rest assured.
Thanks
