Brief Answer:
Internal Medicine specialist / General Medicine

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

I checked the report and noted the following things:
1) High HbA1c with above normal average blood sugar indicating a possibility of diabetes, if already diabetic then it means it is uncontrolled needs to take URGENT measures to control it with medications plus modifications in diet.

2) Low Iron. This needs an Iron supplementation
3) Low calcium as expected- Need calcium supplementation
4) High Triglycerides and high NON HDL cholesterol needs anti cholesterol therapy compounding with high blood glucose.

Please see an Internal Medicine/ MD Gen medicine doctor who can guide you.
