Brief Answer:
Need to start Vitamin D supplements.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for posting your query.

1. Mild elevation in Hemoglobin , Mean Corpuscular HGB : Nothing abnormal and nothing to worry. If smoking then stop as it increases these parameters.

2. Total Cholesterol slightly elevated but LDL is very much elevated : But considering your age I don't recommend staring medications .

Start doing exercise like Brisk walking, jogging , tread mill, cycling swimming etc for at least 30 minutes per day.

Avoid High cholesterol food ( Meat, sweets , cheese , butter and carbonated drinks )

Stop smoking and alcohol ( if you were doing ).

Repeat Lipid profile after 3 months and revert back with reports.

3. Vitamin D is low : You need to get started on Vit D supplements like Uprise D 3 weekly once for 2 months . Get more exposure to sunlight . Get a prescription from your doctor for Uprise D 3.

4. Mild elevation in SGPT : Nothing to worry and nothing needs to be done.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask.
