Question : Dear All

I have got tested yesterday I want to attach a report can you please guide me how can I the test was after 90 days

The Test was
HIV (1&2 Abs and P24 Ag)-
Result - 0.12
<1.0 Non reactive
Methodology- ECLIA
Can you please tell Its conclusive
