Question : What does this all mean. I am 64 years of age: FINDINGS: The uterus measures 9.8 cm in length by 5.7 cm in transverse dimension by 3.7 cm in AP dimension. Central endometrial echo complex, 0.51 cm in thickness. Mildly heterogeneous uterine echo texture pattern. At least two suspected small fibroids present - one within the fundal portion of the uterus measuring 2.3 by 2.4 by 1.6 cm and the other in the posterior body measuring 1.2 by 1.2 by 1.2 cm. Small nabothian cysts within the cervix. The right ovary measures 1.6 by 1.9 by 2.1 cm and the left ovary measures 1.7 by 2.0 by 1.8 cm Small nabothian cysts within the cervix. The right ovary measures 1.6 by 1.9 by 2.1 cm and the left ovary measures 1.76 by 2.0 by 1.8 cm. No dominant solid or cyst adnexal mass. No abnormal fluid collection within the cull-de-sac.
