Brief Answer:
Other symptoms matter

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
There is nothing to worry as it is a simple finding of polycystic ovaries which is common these days but if associated with other symptoms like inability to conceive or irregular periods or excessive hair growth on face then needs evaluation.

Brief Answer:
Oral pills or progesterone withdrawal

Detailed Answer:
Then she should try to lose weight in case she is overweight and take progesterone pills for withdrawal of periods at least 4 times an year.
Visit a gynaecologist for prescription of progesterone pills and in case you don't want conception then she can also take oral contraceptive pills every month which will give contraceptive benefit as well as regulate periods too.
