HI,

I have reviewed this information that you have provided. All findings are normal. There are no arguments in favour of an infection or a growing bacteria that this test was looking for. The presence of gram positive bacilli in very rare amount doesn't support the presence of an infection. To have a look at the entire report, consider uploading an image of the results sheet. Also, specify what specimen was analyzed as this might change some interpretations.
