Thanks for posting your query on HCM.

You have only posted your mother's PFT reports but you have not mentioned what are her symptoms. I presume she is having breathing difficulty. Does she also have cough. Does she have any allergy? Her PFT report shows mixed defect ie both obstructive and restrictive pattern which may be seen in fibrosis of lung or late stages of asthma or COPD. You should also get a HRCT chest and a diffusion studies done. Based on the reports of these tests and symtoms her treatment can be planned.

Do answer the queries mentioned above the results of HRCT Chest so that I can tell you the general line of treatment in her case.
