Brief Answer:
urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
This urinalysis shows elevated WBCs and elevated bacteria. Both of these are indications of infection. Your doctor obtaining this sample hopefully treated you with an antibiotic and sent the urine for a urine culture. When that comes back they will know the organism and whether or not it is sensitive to the antibiotic you were given. If the culture shows that the organism present is resistant to the antibiotic you were given, then they will give you a different antibiotic.
Please let me know if you have further questions.
