What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?

Question: Good Morning Doctor,

This advise is for my wife. Age 57 years
No existing health issues and presently under no medication.

Sir, Two round of following treatment has completed about one year back :-

1) Inj: RENERVE PLUS : Weekly once for 8 weeks
2) Arachitol Nano 60K: Weekly one bottle for 8 weeks
3) Tab- Livogen –Z for two months
4) Tab-Vitalmin C

Now enclosed TEST report dated 12.03.2017 for your kind advise.

She is not complaining any problem, but I have taken test as a normal preventive checkup.

Thanks for the question.

I understand your wife had taken Vitamin D, Iron with Zinc and VitC, Vitamin B12 supplementation.
I think you forgot to attach the report. Please upload from the right side of the page.
You would want to check if the results were good.
I believe they should be good since she is not complaining anything now.

No major abnormalities

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I checked the report and I found no major anamolies in it. The BUN/Cre ratio was high but that is ok.
Liver function, kidney function and lipid profile are all oK.
Blood counts do not have significance after so long time.
My previous advice still counts. ON what basis were the previous medications given?

Enclosed the old report dated 10.09.2015, on this report the treatment were given.

Also doctor can you brief about ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE on page 7 of new report dated 12.03.2017, which also showing on higher side.

Any multi vitamin is advisable Doctor ?

Low Vitamin D

Hi

A low VItamin D would have caused raise in Alkaline phosphatase.
I do not suggest multivitamins unless it is proven to be deficient.
A variety of fruit and vegetables in your meal takes care of all the essential nutrients and vitamins required.
