I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You have ANA positive. It is homogeneous pattern.

It is commonly seen in systemic lupus erythematous.

So You may have systemic lupus or some other autoimmune disorder.

You should go for complete ANA profile. That will give you exact type of disease. Then take treatment accordingly.
