Question : These are my reports, prolactin is bit high n i am suffering low sex drive and weak errections. My Hba1c is 6.6 , hdl is 24.9, taking kombiyze 5/500 and rosuwaz 5mg, have fatty liver too. Weight is 84. My age is 41. Should i take testostorine injection. Is it safe taking while having fatty liver?

I could not find hba1c, prolactin, LH, FSH, Testsosterone, cortisol.
and the problem what i can see is your weight which is responsible for your low sex drive.

Hello. My testosterone is 371. Prolactin serum is 17.6 , free testostorine serum is 0.2 , free testostorine index 37.08 ,testostorine serum is 258,SHBG serum is 23.7,albumin serum 4.9, bioavailable testostorine is 5.03, HBA1c is 6.6 I am taking rosuwas 10 , And kombiglyze 5/500 for sugar as my HBA1c is 6.6 n my weight is 84.

Dear sir, Now , these are again normal values. all of them. prolactin is normal, hbaic is fairly well controlled, testosterone is normal as well. so in this case, testosterone therapy may not help you. you need
1. cut down weight
2. diet restriction
3. regular exercise
4. and may be some neutraceuticals meanwhile.
