                                            Question : Hello doctor...i am 28 years old .inhad got my vitamin D3 test done as prescribed by a doctor.My report says the Vitamin D 25-Hydroxy ,Serum is @. <10.50 nmol/L.

I would suggest you take Dvion 60,000 IU sachets once a week for 8 weeks. Mix it well in water. If you can walking outside in sun for half an hour between 11 am and 3 pm will help in vitamin D3 production.

You can find vitamin D in cheese, fatty fish such as salmon, egg yolks and mushrooms. You can take 1 tsp of cod liver oil. You can also include vitamin D fortified cereals and milk in your diet.
The best way to get vitamin D is to go out in sun bare skin without sunscreen atleast twice a week for half an hour.
