Brief Answer:
Please upload the report. Further details needed

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. The presence of RBCs in the urine indicates that they are leaking into the urinary stream from somewhere. I would insist you to upload the report. I am looking for the protein and casts. The facts that the WBC count is not elevated indicates that infective cause is unlikley. In such a case clinical correlation would be needed. I would need to ask if you have any specific complaints or health conditions and whether you are on treatment with any medication. Also indicate if you had any recent infection like sore throat. Based on your inputs I would guide you further.

I will await your response. Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
