Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
For patients with low LVEF, we tell them to follow low salt diet with fluid restriction of around 1.2 to 1.5 lite/day as per urine output.
You also should take low fat diet.
Their is no other special food restriction from cardiac side.
