Question : can you let me know if my echo was normal. my doctor said all is okay but I just got a copy and all my valves have trivial regurgitation. It also said my pulmonary veins have blunted systolic flow? Is something wrong with my heart? i attached a copy of the final report.

Trivial TR is normal and there is nothing to worry about this.

Pulmonary veins are difficult to visualize independently and flow generally is not very well appreciated. So consider that normal too.
